Friends, foes, and anyone else we want to mention.
Sigma
The ruthless leader of the Mavericks, Sigma thrives on chaos and destruction. But he also likes to have a good time, and loves a good party. When he's not plotting the downfall of the human race, you'll see him hitting the clubs and wowing the ladies.
Vile
Serving directly under Sigma, Vile tends to be extremely ambitious to serve his master. To the point where he becomes extremely arrogant and is seen by the other Mavericks as a complete tightass. Vile is constantly being mistaken for Boba Fett, and he hates that more than anything (His most recent choice of armor color doesn't help matters much, though...).
Megaman X
One of the most powerful of the Hunters, X proves to be a major annoyance for us in the Alpha Movement. X is fiercely loyal to the Hunter cause although he usually tries to find a peaceful solution. While that's usually a good time to take a shot or two at the goody-two-shoes, he's a dangerous foe when pissed off.
Zero
This guy's all about the angst. This brooding hothead seems be in the Hunters just 'cause he likes killing Mavericks. Of course, seeing as he was originally a mass murdering machine, that's not surprising. Oh, and those rumors about him and X being gay are totally exaggerated (it was just once, and they were really, really drunk). Of course, he's still often mistaken for a girl and is never left alone about it.
Axl
Formerly a member of Red Alert, Axl is now a newcommer on the Hunters. He loves to plunge headfirst into whatever situation comes up, eager to prove his worth to X and Zero, and hopefully get his own series as well.
Alia
A high-ranking officer among the Hunters, Alia is the primary spotter for the others. Alia dreaded being the only chick in the series for quite a while after that bastard Zero wasted Iris, but she is glad to have managed to shake some of the fanboys off after the rise of female Hunter recruitment.
Signas
General Signas is the commander-in-chief of the Maverick Hunters. He's mostly known for just being a pompus turd.
The Zeta Squad
This syndicate of Hunters consists of Polar Ursarion, Helmet Mogri, Spine Iguanadon, Nova Brontaur, Typhoon Robin, Exploder Coneshell, Blade Tentomushi, and Flashing Chimpanzer, and is put together for the sole purpose of defeating the Alpha Movement. As a result, they are a constant thorn in their side.
iX
A psychotic copy of X that is a creation of the late Dr. Doppler. Craving more and more power, iX desires to be the most powerful being in the universe.
Jack Bauer
This nutjob was hired by the Maverick Hunters as their new interrogator. Reveling in all kinds of torture, he's found that badly dubbed anime is byfar the most effective.
Dr. Albert Wily
The scourge of the 21st Century, Dr. Wily is back to wreak havoc in the 22nd century as well. Believed to be the designer of both Zero and the Maverick Virus, Wily is also assisting Sigma from behind the scenes. He's usually around to help us out with some of that techno-crap.
Emperor Palpatine
Palpatine, aka Darth Sidious is the leader of the Galactic Empire. This darkest of dark Sith lords, while certainly having an impact on some of the goings-on in Megalopolis, usually spends his time operating from behind the scenes, in true Palpatine fashion.
Darth Vader
Formerly Anakin Skywalker, and Emperor Palpatine's right-hand man. A ruthless and powerful dark Sith lord who will grant his enemies no quarter.
Commander Gunner
Another agent of the Galactic Empire, Commander Gunner proves to be a major danger for both Hunters and Mavericks. A powerful and brilliant droid general, he’s fanatically loyal to the Emperor. He’s also jealous of Darth Vader’s rank, and is always trying to please his lord, and to prove he’s the one who deserves leadership of the Imperial Army.
Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik
Because you can't seem to have too many mad scientists in this world, Dr. Eggman is obsessively seeking out the seven legendary Chaos Emeralds, said to grant power to their ower beyond any other.
Master hacker Techno, along with his two flunkies, Geemel and Zain, have returned to stir up trouble for the Alpha Movement. They may no be our most powerful adversaries, but they sure know how to be irritating!
